Schroeder, Maundrell, Barbiere & Powers is a legal partnership formed in 1994 by six partners with over 120 years experience. SMB&P is a civil litigation firm representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation. SMB&P is presently comprised of ten lawyers and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. SMB&P represents clients before State Courts throughout the entire Midwest, as well as Federal Courts within the Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Federal Judicial Circuits. Members of the firm are licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Indiana.
