Mr. Patton, a native of Wilmington, Ohio, has extensive experience in all aspects of police liability and other claims against government entities and their elected officials and employees.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil rights; public entities liability; insurance coverage; premises liability; and admiralty and maritime law.  He served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 1992.
